What we do

We sell presentations, not airframes.

Air defence crews rehearse against one immaculate target on a good day, then meet a saturation attack on a bad one. We build the training problem back into the picture — at a cost that makes it realistic to fly, not just to buy.

Our strategic focus

Volume the threat actually demands.

Air defence crews train against threats that no longer resemble what they will face. The threat today is saturation — many cheap airframes arriving at once — and it cannot be replicated with million-pound targets. We build threat-representative targets at a unit cost that makes realistic volume achievable.

Our approach

Representative where it counts.

A target does not need to be the threat. It needs to present the same engagement problem — the right size, speed band, signature and trajectory. That is how a 25 kg aircraft can stand in for a 200 kg one-way attack drone, and why we deliver realism at a fraction of the cost of a like-for-like replica.

Built here, built to change

Design and manufacture, end to end.

Composites, avionics and flight software are all developed in house in the United Kingdom. That is what lets us take a customer requirement and turn it into a flying variant in weeks rather than programme cycles — and it is why the ICARUS family can be adapted without a redesign each time.

We supply defence customers in the UK and internationally.

A whole capability

Not just an aircraft.

Launcher, ground control station and field maintenance kit ship together. Units operate the system themselves rather than buying a target service and waiting for a contractor's diary. The launcher runs off its own petrol compressor — no site power, no prepared surface, and it breaks down for vehicle transport.
